Dale purchased Westview Pharmacy in 1994 after working widely throughout Auckland as a locum pharmacist and then as a pharmacy manager. In 2005 the pharmacy moved with the medical centre to its current site in Glendale Road.

Dale has completed post-graduate training and has interests in the treatment of diabetes, asthma, anti-coagulation, and pain management. Dale was part of a team who won the Best Innovative Practice Award from the UK based Atrial Fibrillation (AF) Association. Westview patients were part of this research where community pharmacists in nine countries screened people for AF, a significant risk for serious stroke.

From 2013 to 2015 Dale was President of the Pharmaceutical Society of New Zealand. In 2010 he was designated a Fellow of the Pharmaceutical Society for his work for the profession.

Crystal who grew up locally, registered as a pharmacist in 2019 and joined Westview in 2021 and is currently working towards post-graduate qualifications at the University of Auckland.

Erica registered in 2018 after graduating from the University of Auckland. Erica grew up in Malaysia before coming to NZ in 2025, so she is fluent in both English and Mandarin (Chinese). Erica is knowledgeable about oral-antiviral medicine and is a qualified pharmacist vaccinator.

Susannah is our newly qualified pharmacist who joined us in 2025 after completing and passing her intern assessment centre! Susannah loves shopping, dogs, and anything crafty. 

Puiwah is our Retail Manager and has been the face of Westview Pharmacy since 2012 following years of pharmacy experience in Sandringham.

Kay, Kayleigh, Rita and Elly are our pharmacy technicians, they all assist the pharmacists in dispensing and keep the pharmacy running.

Corinne returned to work in pharmacy in 2020 having trained as a dispensary technician at Hollings Pharmacy, just down the road many years ago.

We would like to welcome our newest member Tae Eun who will be our pharmacy intern for 2026.
